Playground Pick of the day

He was proud of his acorns

Ryan picked "the playground with the elevator" this morning for our outing.

Pinterest Paint Project

Instead of getting the paint brush out of her mouth, I decided to take a picture

We tried another pinterest project the other day when FP was over.  Earlier in the day I let the kids pick out their paint color and Ryan picked out one for Frank. The kids liked painting but were ready to get down and play as soon as their canvas was covered!

Idlewild

This is the extent of what Reese wanted to do. Reagan went down the slide a couple times though
Just a view of the playarea
 Log ride
They loved the hotel! I thought they would be tired and want to cool off and relax but they were SO hyper!
 Trying to settle down

 Train ride
Trying to get wet and cool down with the water station

On a trolley ride through Mr. Roger's Neighborhood

Reagan was pushing the gas and Ryan was driving...scary combination
Reese was grumpy and wouldn't get in the boat.

I was little surprised the girls were allowed on this ride

 Group photo on the Rollercoaster
 Fishing

Watching Ryan, Daddy and Camryn on a ride
playing a game that Ryan won!

Tuesday morning we went to Idelwild for 2 days. It was very hot but luckily the lines weren't long because EVERYONE was over at the water park. We ended up in the water ourselves later on because 1) we were all red-faced and sweating all day and 2)there was a good chance of rain on Wednesday.
All 4 kids loved all the rides. Reese kept asking to ride the rollercoaster and Ryan didn't hesitate to get on any like he did last summer at King's Island.

Wednesday we were there when the park opened and were able to ride and play before they shut down the rides for the first time. We broke for lunch in the pavilion then headed back down. Half-hour later...same thing. After the third time of shutting rides down due to lightening, we headed for home.

Project

Ryan painted a birdhouse while the girls napped one afternoon. He put it on the porch and checks it every morning to see if the birds had made a home in it yet.
