Easter weekend at Grandma and Grandpa's
We arrived at Grandpa and Grandma's early Friday afternoon. Ryan found his Easter presents right away! He got a large train set as well as a globe-water sprinkler! Aunt Mandy, Uncle Tyson and TD were also home for the weekend. Ry loves TD and wanted to folow him all over the house.
We later went into Dover for dinner then stopped by Dover City Park for a while (it is great and Zanesville needs something similar!) On Saturday we went into Phila to Tuscora Park where Ry could play, ride his bike and chase the ducks and geese. We went home to find eggs that Grandma and Uncle Donald hid for Ryan then we spent time with Aunt Helen and Uncle Al before dinner. Sunday on our way home we stopped back at the Dover park to play before heading back to Zville. It was a gorgeous weekend and was hard to get Ryan to leave any of the playgrounds!

Easter Basket
On Friday morning Ryan woke up to his gifts from the Easter Bunny. He must've come to our house early since he knew we were going out of town. His basket was a wheelbarrel and it was filled with monster trucks, cars, a squirt gun, hoola hoop, Mater puzzle and just a bit of candy.
Dawes Arboretum
On the way home from Heath we stopped by Dawes (a nature/plant conservatory) to let the kids run around. We climbed up a large wooded deck which overlooks the words "DAWES ARBORETUM" made out of bushes. Ryan didn't like being up that high! He crawled around the deck and held on to me very tightly. We then walked over to the pond to see if we could find any ducks to feed but all Ryan found was what he thought was a dinosaur! It was actually the top of a rock sticking out of the water!
Hanging out with Uncle Dewey
Ashley and I dropped the kids off at Uncle Dave's while we had some errands to run. They love spending time there because they get all the juice and candy they want!
Getting Creative
During a week of rain when we couldn't go outside, we had to put together some new indoor activities. Jumping from the couch to the air mattress is one of Ryan's favorites!
