Playdate

Today Ashley packed up the whole crew for a trip to Zville.  Her intentions were to get pictures of her kids but after 2 hours of unsuccessful photographing they came back to our house for lunch and to play for the afternoon. It was cloudy and not very warm but that didn't stop Cam, Connor and Ryan from swimming and playing in the sprinkler.

Happy 1st Birthday Zack

On Sunday we celebrated Baby Zack's 1st birthday!  There were probably 15 kids there, the youngest being the twins and the oldest was Noah. It was so much fun for all of them!  They swam, threw water balloons, jumped on the trampoline and played with all the new toys!

I learned about Billie's photography through a friend I work with. Billie also took pictures of Scott, Ryan and I two days before we had the twins. (those pics are also on her blog and some posted on the side of ours). The pictures are beautiful and I hope we can continue getting all 3 kids photographed by her as they grow! Back Outside

Since Grandma Sharon spent three days with us, Ry and I were able to spend some time together. Friday we went outside to play in the water. Also on Thursday evening Scott, Ryan and I went to see Toy Story 3 while Grandma stayed with the twins.

When I uncovered the girls one morning I noticed that each girl had their left leg hanging out of their sleepers. I just giggled and had to take a picture.

Changes

Since the arrival of the twins many things have changed. For one, Ryan's behavior has changed (some good, some bad), less sleep (obviously), sleeping arrangements (Scott on the couch or in the car bed with Ry and me in my bed...finally) and the house work.  One chore in particular is the laundry! There is much more of it and it is all pink! Plus it takes all day to get it folded!

Meeting of the Cousins

Finally Ashley, Connor and Charli got to meet and hold the twins. Charli is exactly two weeks older than Reese and Reagan but twice their size!

Swimming

Sunday we went to Abby and Mike's new house that has a pool!  Ryan and Scott swam for about 2 hours while I lounged on the deck. Ry liked jumping in the pool to Scott but jumped in twice without anyone ready to catch him. His bravery makes us very nervous!

Party in Sugarcreek

Friday evening Ryan went to stay with Grandma, Grandpa and Aunt Mandy so they could go to a festival in Sugarcreek. Ryan got to feed goats, llamas and a baby giraffe. He rode a train, a horse pulled buggy and painted a pot and planted a flower for daddy for Father's Day as well. When they returned home they brought Scott an ice cream cake (his favorite) to thank him for being such a great Daddy!!
