Playgrounds

The last few days, we've tried to hit the playgrounds before back school.  We met the Garbers at Starlight one evening and the Palandranis one morning. 

Date Night Surprise

Saturday night we went to The Olde MarketHouse Inn for a surprise birthday party for Jessi!  The girls spent the night with Mindy and Ryan stayed with Ashley.

Gordon Family Reunion

Saturday afternoon we met at Dad's for our family reunion. It was a beautiful day and the kids had a great time. Reagan fell asleep that night at 7:30 that night and slept until 7:00 the next morning. 

Dreamlite

 The kids admiring the lights. It was pitch black in the house except the flash of the camera.

Aunt Mandy sent Ryan a dreamlite last week. Camryn and Charli happened to be spending the night so they got to enjoy him too. It is pretty neat and changes 4 different colors and projects stars, moon and a doggie face on the ceiling.

New Outfit

Reese came out of Ryan's room with a new outfit, including underwear. Ryan was proud that he got her dressed all by himself. 

Indoor Campout

Ryan has been obsessed with having a campout! Since we don't have a tent, we decided to have a fire and marshmallows in the living room instead. Notice our  special camper, "Big Baby"? She is a part of the family ;)

Just Because

Ryan found a feather in the yard. He wanted to dip it in ink and write with it. 

Scavenger Hunt

Ryan had to go around the house and find different colored objects and different shapes. All the items had to fit in the muffin pan as well. This is a great rainy-day activity

Buckeye Lake

We went to Buckeye Lake a couple weeks ago to meet up with some New Lex friends. Jessi and Frankie also met us there. Ryan played with the big boys on the deck and playset so he didn't make it in any of the photographs.
